For daily reading
Read the Bible online with a distraction-free reader
Bible ProJection is a free online Bible reader with chapter, verse and passage views, side-by-side translations and word-by-word Greek and Hebrew. Open it in any browser and start reading, with no account and nothing to download.

Read the way you like
Chapter view shows a whole chapter to read straight through. Verse view puts a single verse in large type with previous and next arrows. Passage view shows a run of verses together as one block. You can change the text size in any of them.
Many translations, including literal ones
Read in KJV, Young's Literal Translation, the Literal Standard Version, the Berean Annotated Bible, NASB 1995, AMP or NLT, or open the Hebrew and Greek texts. All of them are free.
Compare with lets you tick the translations you want and read them together under each verse, for a whole chapter or only the verses you select.
Find a passage quickly
Search takes a reference such as Romans 4 or Jn 3:16-18 and goes straight there, and anything else is searched as a word or phrase. Hold Shift and click to select a range of verses, and bookmark any verse with one tap.
Context and keeping your place
The Guide in the sidebar gives an introduction to the book and an outline of the chapter from Matthew Henry's Concise Commentary. A footprints button in the top bar returns you to the last few places you read, so you can pick up where you left off.
